Aggregated Participation Rate
The main number in the participation section shows the aggregated participation rate over a preset length of time. The length of time is set to three, six or twelve months depending on the frequency of your pulse surveys. This means that if an employee participated in one survey during that length of time, they are counted in the participation rate.
Individual Survey Round Participation Rates
The non-aggregated participation rates show individual pulse survey round participation rates. To view this, overlay your mouse on the aggregated participation percentage.
Participation Breakdown by Segment
On the navigation menu, click on the “Participation” tab to view aggregated participation rate breakdown by segment. Use the dropdown menu to select the segment you want to see. This is a great way to identify which segments you can focus on to improve participation.
