Our mission at Perked! is not only to provide you with data-driven employee engagement insights and analytics, but also to equip leaders and managers with suggestions and ideas on how to act on their data.
The Actions Coach is a collection of curated resources with hundreds of actions and resources where you can learn more about the psychology behind employee engagement, drivers of engagement, and what you can do to improve your driver scores.

What are Resources?
These are curated learning resources from respected sources, such as the Harvard Business Review and TED. They include quick reads and videos to help leaders and managers understand the drivers of engagement and what you can do to make improvements to your team’s engagement.
What are Actions?
Perked! suggested actions are designed to help leaders understand what they can do to improve their team’s engagement. There are two types of actions: ‘Leadership Skill’ and ‘Process Change’.
- Leadership Skills are skills and behaviours that you can learn and apply to support improvements in specific drivers.

- Process Changes are actions that require an introduction of a new process or a modification of an existing procedure.

Best Practices: Making the most out of your Actions Coach
When sorting through Actions and Resources, sort by the driver you want to focus on, whether that is a priority driver or a driver you’ve identified as an opportunity for growth. You can do this using the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
