What is a "Shareable Segment Dashboard"?
This is a focused view of the dashboard specific to a segment of your employee population. You can customize which “Segment(s)” you want to see, generate the link (URL), and then share it with members of your team by sending them the URL.
What can you use it for?
Three common use cases:
- "Team"-segment dashboards shared with Team leaders/supervisors who are best positioned to encourage participation, drive action planning and implement change.
- "Manager"-segment dashboards shared with Managers to enable them to take ownership of their direct reports and drive engagement.
- "Executive"-segment dashboards with a customized selection of team(s)/department(s) that the executive is responsible for.
What segment level insights can you see?
Segment dashboards will always contain the most up-to-date, real-time data. It is automatically updated with the latest feedback and the link to the shared dashboard remains live. Segment Dashboards include the following insights:
- Engagement score and trends
- Key Drivers of Engagement scores and trends
- Question Favourability
- Company-wide Priority Drivers
- Participation breakdown
More sensitive content, like comments, have been excluded.
How to share a Segment Dashboard?
Step 1: Click on the Share icon button in the dashboard (as you can see in this screenshot):

Step 2: Select a Demographic (Team, Manager, Tenure, etc.) that you want to focus on.

Step 3: Select one or more Segment(s) that you want to see.

Step 4: Type in a Name representative of the Segment(s) selected.

Step 5: Click on the orange “Generate Link” option that will allow you to:
- Copy the URL
- Include the link in the email you send to the manager, leader, or employees in the segment.
- You can also preview the dashboard by clicking on the “Preview Dashboard” button to see exactly what you’re sharing.
